Sue Mok

Sue is the Director of Children’s Ministry at the Tapestry.  Originally from Hong Kong, she obtained her B.Sc in Computer Science and Diploma of Administration from University of Regina Saskatchewan. In 1995, she immigrated to Vancouver to continue her computer-related profession. Later on, she met Arthur and got married. They are blessed with a lovely son.

Sue’s passion for children grew since her son was born and she began serving as a volunteer in children's ministry. After she finished an education certificate course in UBC, Sue wanted to become a computer teacher.  However, that plan was changed when she was called to serve in the Tapestry.  This has brought her great joy in connecting with the children, while seeing them grow in their faith.

Sue likes to study God’s word because it can transform lives.  She believes teaching children God’s word & building up their faith, when they are young, is one of the most precious gifts we can give to our children.
