At the Tapestry, we weave the whole family into the community of faith - including children of all ages. We are always searching for new fun and exciting ways to include children and bring them closer to Jesus.

KID'S WORSHIP:

Each Sunday, children are invited to take part in the family worship portion of the service. Afterwards, there is a children's sermon, skit or song which introduces the lesson to be explored in Sunday School class. This children's time serves as an introduction for everyone, since each week the children's lesson is the same as the adult's message. We have chosen this format intentionally since we believe that learning can be extended for all members of the family if they share what they have learned together at home.

SUNDAY SCHOOL:

Our age-specific Sunday School programs provide children with a safe, stimulating and FUN environment. These lesson ideas include various forms of storytelling, songs, games and crafts.

We currently have three classes: Preschool to Kindergarten, a class for those from Grades 1-4, and another for Grades 5-7.

NURSERY:

We provide nursery care for infants to age 3 in a fun "Noah's Ark" room. Two experienced attendants are there at all times, and parents are welcome to stay with their children, if necessary. Many parents choose to keep their infants with them during the service: our services are very casual and there is plenty of room to roam with infants in the back of the room.

VBS (Vacation Bible School)

Open to all children from Kindergarten to grade 6 of the community, this full-day week-long event included games, lessons, singing and field trips. Always a blast for the kids.
